Support

The Decaf and Regular levels of web hosting offers no included technical support. Support is always available at our current billable rate.  For clients who need periodic updates, backups, small changes, or for the client who maintains their own site but needs occasional help figuring out how to properly code HTML, we suggest adding Maintenance Hours to your hosting plan.

The Robusto level of web hosting includes resource management.  Changes/additions to the features on your server are managed by NPGlocal for an added convenience.
