Website Maintenance

Maintenance packages as designed to all-inclusive support package for your business.  We include a variety of services that help simplify your life and make managing your website easier.  This service includes the update and management of the system that powers your website.  Typically, there is a major update and 4 minor updates to the core system each year.  These are important updates that offer new features, fixes, and support for changes in Internet standards and browsers.  This services also maintains the add-on modules that are installed on your site which are also continuously updated.  In addition, this service package includes continual adjustments for optimization and security.  

Please note that this service is a “maintenance” service of an existing site.  It does not include support or requests for changes to design, content, or functionality.  We are happy to assist you in changes of existing content or functionality with the "Mainteance + Package Hours" service below.

Our basic package is designed to monitor and update your website.  This includes:

  • Core system and module updates*
  • 24/7 Site monitoring
  • Sites security updates
  • Site backups – daily, weekly, and monthly backups.
  • Malware detection and monitoring
  • Website optimization (CDN) service (increases site performance)

* may exclude some customized modules.

$49.95 per month ($39.95 if you host your website with NPGlocal).

Maintenance + Package Hours

This is the “worry free” maintenance plan that includes website maintenace plus a package of hours for general service.   The more hours you purchase per month, the greater the hourly discount rate.  With package hours, you don't have to worry about the clock — whatever your needs are, we're there to provide support and service.   By subscribing to a monthly amount for maintenance, you have consistent costs which will help you budget easier.  This plan includes the "Website Maintenance" service, plus:

  • Hours can be used for graphic design, content creating, web development, general support, training, traffic analysis, and/or ad campaign management.
  • Access to our task-tracking system, with real-time status and issue tracking
  • Remote desktop/access support
  • 24/7 support, including weekends
  • Priority support

Rates

  • 2 hours – $120 ($60 per hour)
  • 4 hours – $235 ($58.75 per hour)
  • 10 hours – $550 ($55 per hour)

Contract Terms

SITE SECURITY.  NPGlcoal, LLC. is responsible for “web site” security.  “Web site” is defined as all data, code, and systems related to your project or website, in relation to security.  NPGlocal, LLC. will continuously monitor the site for outages, hacking, and other common security threats.  NPGlocal, LLC. does not guarantee 100% protection or that your site will never be “hacked.”  What we do guarantee is continual monitoring and updating of your web site or project in relation to security.  Violating recommendations or instructions by NPGlocal, LLC. may void this agreement. (for example, if you set your password to “1234” or give out your password, this agreement can be considered void).

DESIGN CHANGES. NPGlcoal, LLC. will continually monitor and make adjustments as needed to your web site in order to maintain and enhance optimal performance and compatibility.  This may require slight display, design or visual changes from time to time.  If this is a concern, please let us know.  We're happy to accomidate your requests however, this may limit our ability to improve site performance or compaitibiliy.

PRIORITY SUPPORT.  Guaranteed maximum response time is 4 hours for tasks submitted through our task support system. 

CANCELATION.  Cancelation at any time will begin with the next billing cycle.  Pro-rated charges based on the date of cancelation is not offered.
